We need to speak what is truth but with tact,
not be restricted from sharing our beliefs just because it might offend the
beliefs of another
So interesting that the very things we honor about this country and about history (suffrage for women and blacks, general equality, all that) are precursors to this hyper-tolerance we call "political correctness." Call me a cracker and a blonde, I'm cool with that.

That's an awesome timeline. Many great historical points to support your topic. Political correctness is a very interesting subject and I am definitely interested to hear more of your thoughts on it as you prepare for the final project. Good luck.
